Sharon Jeanette Reimer, 81, died Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at her home in Wichita, Kansas.

She was born on September 15, 1944 in Toledo, Ohio, the daughter of Adrian Rex and Wilma Green McFarland. The family moved to Colorado when she was a child, she attended high school in Lakewood, Colorado. Sharon moved to the Wichita area in the 1970's.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years Kenneth L. Walty of the home; her children Tammy Stubbs of Colorado, Sheila Williams of Wichita, Danny Reimer of Colorado, Ronnie Reimer of Newton, Ks., Justin Walty of Wichita; sister Sheryl Richards of Wichita; and several grandchildren.

Sharon is also survived by her nieces Teresa Walty of Wichita, Pamela Archer of Wichita, Martie Walty of Wichita; along with multiple other nieces and nephews.

Sharon is preceded in death by her parents; son Todd Buster and sister Marline McFarland.

Memorial services will be announced by Affordable Cremations Plus, Wichita, Kansas.
