Sinay Yerlin Leon Montoya, 27, of Wichita, Kansas, died Thursday, July 17, 2025.

She was born on October 14, 1997 in Estado Yalagas, Venezuela. Sinay came to the United States in July 2023. She had lived in New York before moving to Wichita within the past two years.

Sinay was a shift manager at the McDonald's Restaurant at West Kellogg and Dugan Road.

She is survived by her two sons Isac Alejandro Emperador Leon and Ian Emiliano Millan Leon of Wichita; along with her mother Alexia Josefina Leon Montoya, three brothers, and two sisters in Venezuela.

The casket will be open for family at friends on Wednesday, July 23 between 4:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. at Affordable Cremations Plus in Wichita, Ks.
