Stephen Curtis Holladay, 68, of Wichita, died Thursday, January 15, 2026 at Ascension Via Christi Medical Center-St. Francis Campus in Wichita, Kansas.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, February 7, 2026 at Affordable Cremations Plus in Wichita.

He was born on September 2, 1957 in El Dorado, Kansas where he was raised. Stephen graduated from Circle High School.

Through the years he had worked at Hogoboom Oil Field Trucking, was a CNC machinist for D.J. Engineering and was the Head Custodian for Augusta High School for 11 years before retiring in 2022

Stephen had lived in Augusta for several years until moving to Wichita eight years ago. He enjoyed tinkering with things and would lend a helping hand to anyone that asked.

Survivors include his daughter Madison Cotton and husband Joseph along with his granddaughter, Juniper Ann Cotton, and his beloved dog Ella Bleu, whom he loved to spend time with, of Wichita.

He is also survived by his brothers Rick Holladay and John Holladay both of El Dorado; and sisters Karolee Weller of Mulvane, Kathie Shaw of Nenana, Alaska, and Dawn Haworth of Augusta.
