we speak your name in quiet ways,
in soft conversations and moments of pause,
because remembering you feels like opening a window
and letting warm light touch our hearts again.
You loved without hesitation,
you showed up without being asked,
and you carried so much strength in your smile
that being near you made life feel a little easier.
These are days we still look for you
in your chair you always chose,
in the stories you used to tell,
in the way you could turn an ordinary day
into something worth holding onto.
Your laughter still echoes in our memories,
bright and familiar,
and your kindness keeps shaping us
even now, even here, even in the quiet.
We miss you in ways that are hard to explain
not just in the sadness of losing you,
but in the joy of all the moments
we were blessed to have.
and though life moves forward,
carrying us into new days and new chapters,
your love stays steady with inside us,
like a guiding light that doesn't dim
So, Aunt tammie, we keep you close
in our stories, in our hearts,
in every act of love you taught us to give.
You may rest, but you do not disappear.
you live on in us
beautifully and forever
