Verdella Joyce Lewis, 74, passed away on October 19, 2025 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on March 4, 1951 in Quinter, Ks to Edward and Goldie (Blackwell) Norton.

On February 12, 1972 she married Leon Lewis, together they had two children; Shawn and Shanna. She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Spending time with her grandchildren and great granddaughter were the center of her life. She enjoyed going to estate sales, she also maintained her own antique booth at Paramount Antique Mall. She enjoyed gardening and arts and crafts, and loved going on road trips. She was also an avid Chief's Fan.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers; Larry and Leo Norton, sisters; Rosella Campbell and Marcella Rohledor.

She is survived by her husband, Leon, son, Shawn Lewis (Austin Honea), daughter, Shanna Cain, sisters; Armella Wetig, and Louella Sullivan, 4 grandchildren; Adison, Morghan, Colton, and Brock, and great granddaughter, Braelynn.

Rosary will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. with mass following at 10:00 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.
