Vickie Ray Taylor passed away on February 23, 2026 in Wichita, Kansas at the age of 61. He was born on February 28, 1964 to Kenneth Williams and Hattie Mae Taylor in Clarksville, Texas. Vic has four beautiful children, Keishundra Moore, Marco Moore, and two step kids, Tabatha and Eric Hall.

He has four siblings, two brothers and two sisters, Lillian McCarty, Marlo Taylor, Billy Taylor, and Dialto Taylor. Vic met Janet Fanning in 1995, together for 32 years.

He leaves behind a legacy of love and joy through his nine grandchildren. He spent his time doing mechanic work and was known for his excellent skills and dedication to his craft. Vic also loved fixing things around the house and cooking.

Vic had a passion for the Dallas Cowboys and enjoyed watching games whenever he could. He loved cooking out and having everybody over. Vic also cherished spending time with his grandchildren, creating lasting memories with each one.

Unfortunately, Vic lost his battle with cancer on February 23, 2026, surrounded by his loved ones.

The casket will be open on Friday, March 6 at Affordable Cremations Plus between 11:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. with funeral services at 1:00 P.M.
