A celebration of life memorial service for Cedar Vale, KS resident Winajean McKenzie will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday May 22, 2025 at the First Baptist Church in Cedar Vale, KS with Pastor Caleb Gordon officiating.

Winajean was born on May 22, 1929 near Cedar Vale, KS to Robert and Lenora Williamson and departed this life on Sunday April 27, 2025 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, KS at the age of 95.

Winajean was preceded in death by her husband John Carl "JC" McKenzie; parents Robert Alexander and Lenora Wilkinson Williamson; and brothers Adrian M. Williamson and Dick Orl Williamson; and sister-in-law Virginia Williamson.

Winajean is survived by Robert (Brenda) McKenzie of Cedar Vale, KS; and Jane McKenzie (Alek Jaworski) of Largo, Fl; and by two grandsons - Carl and Donald McKenzie as well as by numerous other relatives and a host of friends.

Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the First Baptist Church in Cedar Vale, KS.
